Accessing Our Website and Getting Help
Last updated: October 2026
Concernsmanager Garage Doors wants concernsmanager.lat to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes the steps we take toward that goal and how to report a barrier. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
The Standard We Aim For
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use easily. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely used standard for website accessibility.
How We Support Access
In building and maintaining the website, we try to:
- Arrange page headings in a clear order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Use strong color contrast to help people read text
- Allow movement through the site using a keyboard
- Adapt page layouts to different screen sizes
- Write in short, plain language
- Give each form field a label
Areas That Need More Work
Some parts of the website may not yet meet these standards. Content supplied by others, including embedded tools, may sit outside our control. We regularly review the site and address accessibility problems we identify.
Another Way to Reach Help
If a website feature is difficult to use, another contact option is available. Request a callback to reach a provider, or send an email to contact@concernsmanager.lat for assistance where we can help.
Reporting a Barrier
Your comments help guide improvements. When emailing contact@concernsmanager.lat, please describe:
- Which page or tool caused difficulty
- What you were trying to do and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you can provide it
We review these messages and aim to respond within a few business days.
Access During Future Updates
Accessibility remains ongoing work. We consider it whenever we make changes to the website.
